I lived in Baltimore last year and my buddy john lives in fells point and has a safari top tank. It stopped running after I left and he hasn't been able to get it running again though. Seemed like Baltimore was somewhat dry on moped riders. Hit up Chris Szuba on here, he's pretty close to Baltimore and is a good dude
