I just bought this Ciao and thought about removing the turn signals because parts are missing but saw this youtube video of a Ciao with turn signals and no batteries!? How does that work?

Maybe power them off the running lights circuit ?

You can run turn signals without a battery, just like all the 90's Tomos bikes.
Also, just because he doesn't have a battery box, doesn't mean he's not running a battery.

ah ok, possibly hidden battery. I learn something new about these bikes everyday. Pretty cool.
