just go the tomos Beach bummin 16 inch wheels wanna change them to disc brakes if its possible anybody do this and can tell me what to do and get the parts I been searching cant find nothing

Lots and lots of work to do it correctly. And some forks for disc brakes or welding up your stock forks to hold the caliper.
