Did you prep the kit by chamfering all the ports So ring don’t get catch or get stuck?
Did you check and set gap ring to specs?
Did you base space cylinder and set squish .8-1.1 mm so piston don’t hit head?
Did you open up combustion chamber on head If too much compression like this:
Or did you just slap this high compression one that has way too much compression like this:
Did you put the piston in with the arrow facing down to exhaust port?
I’m willing to bet you didn’t check or do any of it
