Hello,
I have been searching all over the world wide web for some sort of chart for what the appropriate tire and inner tube size might be for my mags...
I have 1.35 x 16" tomos mags.
Could someone help me out? I have also read that there isnt one set size that can fit on these and that there seems to be a small range, is that true?

Your rims are likely 1.35" wide .
Tire widths are measured at their widest point : edge of the tread ( 2.25" , in that^ case ) .
ah so the tire at its widest point is actually wider than the rim width?

That is correct , in most cases . Look at most any 'wheel' ...
