Why is treatland so weird?

I've never ordered from treatland, and I feel like this is a stupid question, but why is it so... Strange? For instance, the order button says " I wanna buy it. Will you give it to me?"

And when you're trying to contact with a question, one of the options is "you can reach benji for special orders dept thru special orders or else! if you wish to special order something, as in "special", got it?"

Not only do I not get it, but for some reason I'm getting some gay vibes as well lol. I mean no offense, I'm just confused: why is it so.. Strange?

I don't consider myself a moped person, I just like riding them. I don't consider myself a part of it, but that doesn't make me any less confused lol

Why not? I have a hobby mail order business and I sprinkle a little humor in there. The people that can't take a joke really are not very pleasant to work with. I'm happy for my competition to have the Karen's and whatever the male equivalent is. Individualism (which is what Treatland is demonstrating) is a very important human trait to encourage.

It supposed to be that way! But the crazy part about it is that fact that they offer the best shipping and service. Yea they might be a lil “different”, they might not have the best spelling but god dam do those guys know how to make buying moped parts interesting and fun. I could spend weeks on that website and not see everything

I just completed a purchase of something “special” from Treats.

It is a very special business and I love everything about it.

If Treats didn’t exist, A huge part of why I like mopeds would vanish with it.

Yup. It's what got me hooked on moped upgrades. They always have fun new options for my old turdy bikes! And they make fun of everything because it is mopeds and who can take this shit seriously? But it is all serious business over in treatlandia. 😏

Just buy some stuff for your moped from them. The best part are the "treats" they might send you.

I have gotten some silly things. Recently was a stack of like 30 of their sticker sheets. And a personal approval of my purchase by Benji.

I just remember hearing Faust - Jennifer on their blog. I found the album it was from, drank about 3 shots of nyquil, with a klonopin, and smoked a fat blunt. I was just taken in to this whole realm you know? Not like I was seeing shit, I just felt I was connected to the music, I could feel the music flowing through me like it was my blood.I just sat there listening to the whole album from start to finish. It blew my fucking mind.

It is like that, because they have a sense of humour. It's like a super run legit business, offering awesome stuff and delivering better than a midwife, but operating with frat boy fun times. I bet it is a great place to work.
