That part is not worth what they're asking. I might have another whole NOI motor, let me see and I'll get back to you.
Also I do not think that is the one you are needing. I do not know why it would have threads at the end of it.

I believe the threads at the end are for sprockets and washers to keep the 11 Point sprocket on. This is what would drive my chain to move.. Diagram
See 18-20
Ah yes, I forgot that garelli has a nut holding the sprocket in place. Many other bikes use a circlip to lock it in place.
I would get yours out if the bike first and take some measurements. Cheetahchrome can attest to the issues with these garelli engine parts.
Nick see if the crank is good in that motor Ha Ha.
Not kidding
Yes I agree with nick. You need to pull your broken shaft out to know for sure.
Frankly I think you are in over your head. Just pulling apart my 1 speed took special tools that I had to modify.
Better look for an experienced motor cracker.
Nope I dont think thats it either. I think it is this one in this schematic of Garelli H2
If you look close the shaft looks almost the same as the Garelli H1 except that the H2 shaft has the keyway (#17) slot to hold the one way roller hub.
Here is the Garelli H1 schematic. See, no keyway.
Yes this guy needs to pull the part then start asking.
All transmission parts are different between the 2 speed and one speed noi.
You the one with the Garelli over north of Indianapolis? Saw one for sale over there needing this shaft.

Nope. I butcher them or repair them.
