I believe this is the lowest number LTD to be seen. Where is #001 and #002?
One owner purchased at Morgan Moped in Grand Rapids in early 1981. Production date of 01/81.

I want to say I’ve at least seen #001 somewhere online, maybe the reddit group.
I also want to say the owner of 001 also had either 002 or the last one that was produced, I can’t remember.

2020 worst year ever, but obviously not for steven. it is an awesome feeling to find one of these, and own it. congrats, and welcome to the club 003. mine has that same pesky crack in the headlight fairing. by far your complete ltd oem, is way nicer example than mine. great sticker, but disliked it when they slapped them on the trunk of magnums. very nice man! happy day like hitting the lottery. it'll take awhile to come down off that score. i'm like tr, any time you want to share the story in detail, im all ears/eyes :) fyi i added your name, and pics to my growing compilation of known LTD's out there.

Great looking bike! Single owner and last registered in 1985 — such a great find. I just added it to the master list of Magnum LTDs on the wiki.
I also recently added #495: owner unknown, apparently abandoned on the streets of Santa Monica. (edited)

I added 097 and 150 to the wiki. It is something you can edit yourself, although I know that it's not as easy as posting in the forum. I'm hoping to make a significant improvement in wiki editing sometime later this summer.

Been out.....like in better! ;) We used to have a Big Boy here where I live, but it went away about '82, LOVED that place.
