Yamaha Chappy LB50 must haves?

I have a 1978 Yamaha Chappy that I got awhile ago and planned to fix up and make a faster than stock, I bought a Mikuni VM20 carb in preparation for a 70cc Poloni kit, but since production at Poloni has halted because of the virus I was wondering if there is anything else I can add to the little bike in the meantime

Thank you

Honestly, There isn't really anything bolt-on that is going to make a stock Chappy that much faster.

Hi, I have just purchased a 4 speed, manual clutch engine for myChappy, the flywheel side engine casing is missing, does anyone know where I could get one from or does the casing from any other engine fit , ie Yamaha FS1m or RD50, also are the crankshaft’s the same on all the 50 cc versions or the Chappy.

You can get 2-4 mph more with a couple tooth larger front sprocket for now. They are cheap and available
