$65 bucks! I can buy a kit for the same price basically :)

I forgot to mention this won’t work with the starter clutch. So ul need a pull start

Re: Did I ever tell you how naughty I’m! DIY Pa50 clutch removal

one time i went to pull a clutch and couldn't find my actual puller so i decided to use a 3 jaw puller, but i also couldn't find the 3rd jaw so it was a 2 jaw puller.

and it folded the clutch plate like a taco. sometimes we all get struck with bolts of stupidity

I used like $15 in hardware and made my own.

Yea yea I was about to buy the nut from a Jeep aftermarket store for like $7 bucks free shipping. But I can’t wait

I did have a good idea for that diy: it was to use the giant bolt that’s include with bearing puller kits instead of a normal bolt

You don't need a giant bolt for anything.

Large nut (puller threads) -- tube (ID bigger than crank) -- small nut (< ID of tube) -- short bolt (matches thread on small nut)

I made mine probably 10 years ago now.

that giant bolt has a ball bearing in the end so you don’t mushroom your crank with a Local store hardware bolt!

Just grind a low angle point on the hardware to engage the detent in the center of the crank end. If you are mushrooming crank ends, you've got bigger issues to tackle.

I won’t trust it so I can avoid that mess. I’m so anal about some stuff that I know is next to impossible to correct. Thats way I liked using the puch clutch puller with the special

bolt.

Dirty dillion talks to me like I don’t know anything. I know at least to use the ball side of the hammer so you don’t mushroom the cranks. But yea I’m still learning :)

It takes literally 4 days shipping, plus 15 minutes welding to make the correct tool. If you're anal, just have a modicum of patience and pull it off without ruining any parts.

Rocco, you've been into mopeds long enough to understand the advantage to taking a breather to get your motor apart without having to weld to your clutch or blast your crank.

I’m feeling like a savage with this build. I didn’t feel like waiting, I have some bad adhd. if It was a nicer build then yea lol. I have some many pullers I don’t need anymore. I will build one eventually

Shipping Might take a lil longer with covin

I show you the correct way to do it wrong. IM kinda bored with the idea of just using something that works. I was so pumped when it popped off the crank.

It’s a junk build and its mad fun :) shhhhh

It’s like therapy for my analysis self. I remember my first anal build and I don’t enjoy that at the moment.

If you want to take off a av7 cam you can use the bearing puller kit;)

Just wanted to bump this thread to let everyone In the future Know what NOT to do. Original poster is probably high on Walmart meth and or just a idiot.

If you start welding crap to a balanced clutch you will for sure snap that stock crank or possibly even a nice roller crank.

Before you go defending yourself Rocco there is no way in hell that clutch is balanced. Also your a ding dong, that is all

First off why the hell do you keep on using the name Rocco? It’s some kinda joke. Dirty Dillion called me Rocco tooo!?

We all know jacker bumped this post because he was loookin at it because he had no puller.

I’m sorry worried about my free Honda pa50ii.

We are talk mg of off balance I don’t even think a Home scale could tell. Iv ran puch clutch’s for years with more wack shoe balance (edited)
