Is there a name for "individual" handlebars? Pic included.

Hi! Does anyone know if there is a specific name for this kind of "individual" handlebar(s), where the set is attached directly into the fork tubes? I have looked at all kinds of moped/motorcycle handlebar explainers on the web, from motocross to ape hangers, but can't find any mention of bars like these.

And then my second question is: how the hell do you detach them? It seems like they're kind of held in place by a pin in the tube (see second pic), but I cannot figure out how to get it to release. Any advice is appreciated!

Blake Totally a real doctor /

That pin isnt normal.

Only the top clamp holds them in place. I'm sure other motorcycle brands used this at some point but it's most common in the peugeot brand.
