Hello. I am considering purchasing this moped. See attached. Does anyone know anything about this moped? Year built? Issues to watch out for? etc......

Pugs are pretty good peds. This one has clearly been customized as many parts on it are obviously not the stock Peugeot ones. That being said, you are at the mercy of the skill of the person(s) who worked on it. If they are top notch, you have a great ped. Then there are the majority who think they know more than they actually do, and it could end up a money pit. If you know the ownership trail, and if the mechanic was good, then buy it. Otherwise unless you are a good mechanic yourself, pass on it

Pug 103 - nice bikes - reed engine - has that Frenchie sexy thing happening - not enough details in your post to tell you if it is "worth it"...
If the bike runs - good. Does the price seem good? If you are a comfortable with wrenching - good. Its a moped so you need to have some mechanical aptitude so keep that in mind.

Well, the ad doesn't mention rust or leaks at all but yeah those would be bad. They still wouldn't necessarily be a deal breaker, though. The guy is posting it for $250, you could probably get it for $200. If you show up and the tank is fucked, offer him $150-175. He seems to just want to get rid of it. Just compare it to the rest of LA and OC Craigslist prices. You won't find a roller for that price, let alone a whole bike.
