MOPED ARMY

Too bad about the bike racks, totally legal to use them in MN, though some cops don't know that, had to tell one to look it up yrs ago, but I think most have better things to worry about than where a moped is parked, I would think they would want you in the bike racks vs taking up a whole parking slot? In MN drivers are so oblivious I would not leave my bike in a reg spot as it would most likely be found under a Suburban when I cam out for it. :/
