...and the MBK kick starts that fit AV7-AV10 have sketchy gears that strip easily... just saying...

If your title has a mpd under type. It is a MOPED. Motorized pedicycle. Technically should have pedals. some were kickstart.

Depends on if you live in a place with antiquated moped laws. We got rid of the pedal requirement in Europe almost 40 years ago.
