Does anyone know the details of the battery/control box that came with some UPS and Limited Magnums? Would like to recreate one if possible. Thanks!

You mean the cateye?
Your missing the ULO box. There was one on eBay from Germany I think for like $130. The battery I can send you a picture of with details. I show it here: https://www.mopedarmy.com/forums/read.php?6,4262994
Shoot me an email at scuzz21@hotmail.com if you need more pictures or just more information.
Thanks. I emailed you.
No response from Sirclip. Have the ulo box and flasher. Does anyone have a picture of under the cover with everything connected?
Shoot me an email (buildingsandmore@gmail.com) I'll get you a picture from my LTD tomorrow morning when the sun is out again unless you get one from SirClip; on the train now headed to work unfortunately.
Always wanted to ride a choo-choo train...
Those ulo boxes have to have a replacement option. Can't be much in them. Is there actually a battery or do they run off the coil? Some kinda cap and relay setup?
Thanks! That's basically what I'm looking for. I will see if I can connect everything from that image. Much appreciated!
np, lemme know if you need better/closer pics
heres what ive got when taking a closer look
it appears to have two green wires into the plug on the left (which goes into the ulo)
and heres the cooresponding ulo plugs
when inserted, the yellow wires should be toward the front of the ulo box
those are the only green wires i can see right now but i'll wheel it outside and try to get a better look
I posted my pics and then looked back at yours and now im REALLY confused
Ok, the ulo is exactly the same model (EBL Type 801 so we know its not a model variation.
However it appears to be altered somehow since a couple of the connectors are missing, maybe the green plug you have was to bypass the ulo or for another yet unknown electrical component?
damnit, im stumped
Looks like maybe that dual green is suppose to go to a single green from the stator :
Wish I could chime in on my post but I'm on the road for most of the day. I appreciate all the help!
so from what i can gather from all of this is the box you have ".06" is more intended for small motorcycles and the magnum needs the ".00"
not sure if that helps or if theres a workaround
I should have clarified that I have obtained the correct ulo box from another brown magnum. I took both apart and can see more electronic parts in the magnum box as opposed to the kreidler box. I'm currently seeing if the batteries will take a charge but I will probably get another battery pack made. Thanks for all the help! When I actually put it all together I will see what's up with my 2 green wires.
sweet!
thinking i just need to replace the batteries in mine as well so keep us posted

Thanks for the great pictures,
I may add signals to my UPS mag, Other than putting a cateye set up on it I’m gonna take the cateye set up and put part of it inside since I already have the right left switch control (edited)
Awesome Ken!
Did you ever get a battery pack fir the turn signals made?
I have #003,,, bought it new when I was 15 in 1981...

I’m impressed Fred! Sincerely #097. I guess I should be helping but my shit is all packed away. Sorry John.
I have a similar setup on a Jawa. Same battery pack. I have it working without the battery but it doesn't have the current capacity to function when the brake light is on. The battery cells are common and on eBay and Amazon.
I went to batteries plus bulbs and found a 12V SLA battery that fit. Works great.
