Tomos went bankrupt so I'd say probably not
This might answer your question :
There are no tomos dealers anywhere
Tomos has no dealerships because they folded, but you can usually find late model ones for sale
You could check out Mopedrich out of Dallas. Might be able to help you find one but yea like everyone said Tomos went out of business
Flash Motorbikes sold them down here. But, they are no longer around. And, neither is the infamous Tomos.
There are plenty of mopeds down here. And, a lot of them are covered in gold (at least that is what the price reflects).
Alas, some of us are trying to get cheap mopeds out into the public eye.
Texas is big too. Maybe let us know where you are at in the yellow rose?
