A MA article on tuning the PHBG Carb recommended removing the anti-surge washer the sits under the main jet, saying it can block fuel and cause a lean condition. Is this true? It's under the main jet, and I can't see how it would block fuel. If Dellorto put it there, it must serve a purpose.
