This dumb pile of sachs I made

My phone lost all the in progress pics, but maybe I can find a few.

I got this from dos as a frame with no engine or wheels, but it had the dumb tall bars, cafe seat and monza tank.

Straight wtf. This thing is dumb. So obviously I wanted to male it dumber

I think it started as maybe a sachs v5 frame. Cant really tell, no markings, tank seat and forks all swaps, and the engine mounts had been cut out and puch e50 mount welded in.

Sachs v4?

Operating under the assumption it was a sachs, I decided best course of action was to get the ktm mounts everyone discards to convert their ktm from sachs 504 to e50. But go the other way. So now it has a shittier sachs motor than it originally did. Something very satisfying about going sachs to shitty puch then back to even shittier sachs.

The tiny wheels were from a cheap craigslist pitbike score. Put on some 3x10 scooter tires to get em back to being a little bigger. Took a lot of work work to make them fit. Had to remount the rear shocks way forward to get enough clearance for the engine on the mini wheels, dumb shit. And that fucked up the chain line but it works with a spare rm80 slide I had around

Anyway. Hope yall enjoy, I'll dig up the in progress idiocy

Re: This dumb pile of sachs I made

That’s cOOL, I’d ride that. Plus it has a Sachs prolly could rip a wheelie! Awesome

I love that! I love to ride crap! That is some pretty awesome crap.

Re: This dumb pile of sachs I made

id paint it green and name in mantis toboggan.

Re: This dumb pile of sachs I made

i like it, but that chain slider situation gives me the willies. just tell me it gets totally cool when you sit on it and i'll be ok....

Chöschi21 C.K. /

As far as i know SIS and some other Companies all used the Frames from Hercules.

Re: This dumb pile of sachs I made

the chain's way more legit with weight on it but it's push start only so running with it to start it's just riding on that slider

Re: This dumb pile of sachs I made

We've been calling it magpile since we got it; at first without looking at it we just assumed it was some weird magnum or maybe a monza. like only glancing, it was just a pile of crap frame and monza tank.

the proportions are all so confused and wrong.

Overpriced Parts /

Oh your pictures aren’t the first picture?

Wow I’m surprised you get don’t get pulled over every day on every block where you live with that abomination,

I hate the all the heights/suburbs cause every time I go in there, I either get pulled over, get a ticket and even illegal parking tickets where I was parked illegally!

I hate working there, because so many times it was like a third-floor bathroom, attic or apartment that you couldn’t park anywhere and had to carry things for blocks then up 90 steps, when I had to do a flooring job Work order there I would cringe, walking up 7 flights of 6-7 stairs at a time to do a stupid little bathroom, demo, carrying, materials, equipment you name it took 10 hours,

I made like negative money almost every-time, if on ground level it would take like two hours and that’s how the shops would bid the job,

I may be joking or I may not be joking but if it was me I’d level level all the Heights Suburbs and turn it into one big nature preserve,

so stupid everything is in circles, 100s of traffic lights and stop signs, speed in red light cameras, 40 minutes to go 12 mi it’s ridiculous,

Re: This dumb pile of sachs I made

just re-read this. thanks ken

heights are kinda annoying the circles etc. It does take a while to get anywhere. it was clearly designed around horses and not cars - it was designed by the olmsteads in conjunction with the vansweingen brothers - super neat history, and designed in the likes of Beverly hills or wllsley mass where it was to be a nice wealthy development for Cleveland's elite and they setup the trains to not stop between the heights and downtown. wild shit, the vansweringens became billionaires worth of train assets just from trying to buy the 7 miles strip of train from the heights to downtown.

but it's actually pretty great on mopeds. I enjoy the winding sweeping slower roads and lots of trees and parks. it's nice, and incredible homes too, pretty. cops are dicks everywhere.

I never rode this thing much tho, never plated it. technically bc wheel size ohio would call it a scooter requiring a title. ohio laws r dummmm but i'm sure I could get away calling it a moped anyway. it's gone now, but just saw it's for sale again, vinings has it (edited)

lol!! that dude buys, and sells er damn thing. he found a pearl snare drum in a car he bought. i was like "whats up with that snare. he said, "you want it, you can have it". I said "no i'll give ya 5 bucks" , and did. i take that spare snare to every show ever since, in the event i break another head again.

Re: This dumb pile of sachs I made

WillD - you have a weird Sachs life.

Re: This dumb pile of sachs I made
