Relatively new to the moped game and I was just curious what people really dig.

I love Puch. I am currently building a cafe racer as a winter project. But there are fans of all brands. Many people like Mobys. They are very popular and many people will say they are the best but I grew up with Puch so I say Puch! But really they are all mopeds. They are all cool to me.
Cafe is over
Stock sleepers are where it's at
^ LOVE that!
I wonder how many more impound stickers I can get on it I could use some like those old Japanese flags on the fighter planes
I build and ride for me, not for what is trending, I leave it up to scooter folk to be all the same look all the same...
...just saying...

Some things I like; Factory or better than factory restore, Bobber Cafe-esque thing, burnt out dumpster fire looking, still running strong pile of crap, Normal cafe, Stock looking rippers and pretty much every thing else. Make it your own...
That's because no one has one. Also, It's not really a style of bike, the bike is style

Meh. "Cafe racer" is a term used by boomers and noobs. They couldn't be more boring and cliche

Tell that to Norton. Cafe rocks. I a building one right now.
Timeless style :
Still have same engine builds, though turn signals needed to be added due to increased traffic and distracted drivers, I lived with these bikes for 20 years, they are the best, most reliable kinda café racer style moped bikes ever built, if they could talk the stories they could tell, when I give up the hobby they will be the last to be sold,

can't deny it, a magnum is a pretty bike. For top tank cafe STYLE tho? sachs G3 is definitely prettier. just less attractive of an engine...
but what about a g3 with a derbi engine?
personally i prefer the suffering of dealing with a sachs and advocate generally against motor swaps that make things easier (I'm all for putting a jawa on a laguna tho)
but alex did totally kill it with this one:
Ya will it’s just not stock, when you have a magnum you can go near 70 mph with all the moped near stock,
Puch Magnum the best bike in the world

Why race to the cafe when you are one.

I'd rock that!
I have put M bars and round mirrors on a few mopeds and the conversion to cafe was pretty quick, I love the downward lean when riding but my favorite cafe to race to is the Oasis Cafe, Bank St. New
London, CT. They are cool about me parking on the sidewalk across the doorway and I can keep a corner eye out for my bike.
