Was a good show. I looked for a Chainsaw clutch that would work. All I saw was metal pads with no friction material. I’m going to have to listen closer when I am not driving to what saw had that clutch....

He always mentions Stihl chainsaw components. Now what model, I didn't catch that. Not sure if it's an older model or if you could buy ones that would work from the modern saws. The damn things are so reliable that in 20 years I've never had to look at the clutches on my Stihl saws.

This entire production was created using Radio Shack walkie talkies. This is what is acceptable now? The most coherent parts were some drunk womans cackling laughter coming from a gym locker room.

harsh. I thought it sounded pretty good, volume leveling is still an issue sometimes, but usually I listen to these later, do you clean them up after the 1st posts? like a few day or so later?
anyway I love it, and loved that ya got CW, that fucker can talk, I've gotten stuck on the phone with him over weird shit, I dunno even how we wound up talking. He definitely dove into mopeds way hard. kinda neat, I feel like he coulda gotten to that level of excess on any topic.

yeah, CW, me and Will D could probably do a 7 hour podcast strictly on mopeds and not run out of shit to talk about. Add JBot and it would be some kind of infinite loop.

Sorry cheetahchrome just moved to a new place a few episodes ago and the new room needs some sound proofing it echos a lot.
@will we switched to the rode caster the last 2 episode with after help from cubase. I just picked up a new card reader so I should at least be able to upload the multi track mix to edit next week until I figure out a PC upgrade or just put cubase on my mac.
Definitely need to get jbolt on soon.

Dude I got an analog setup that you can just use a regular old mixing board and plugger in through a AV box like pinnacle I think I have a few USB audio to computer stuff like digital analog to digital

I love that you got started with this cast and are working on the technical side of it as you go. It's intimidating to get started and the urge to perfect the technical side before ever producing your first episode is a real barrier. In love with all the help the guy's given me and what he's taught me over time. He used to live near me so I got to spend shop and drinking time with him.

Sounded fine to me on the production side, other than the slight tendancy to babble nonsense. Im new to peds, so cant call any bs in that department but some of the big engine stuff was 97% bs. I still enjoyed the podcast tho! The guys a old school moped mod guru for sure. #31 w/ mopitt is my fave episode. Love all of em tho!
