**has title and runs
not bad. clean and adjust the bing. swap out those quill stem bars ASAP for regular clamp downs.
what thunder said
carb could simply be at the wrong angle, super easy fix
Thanks a lot for the info!

Then save your money to upgrade/buy wide style spoke wheels or mag wheels
So this is all new to me and I’m not mechanically inclined. I bought a 1979 Puch magnum mk2 a few months ago and have been working on it w a friend.
Has title, runs pretty good (could use tune up)... As long as it's free of any major rusting to exterior or to tank I would say it's a fair deal. Would probably be more sweat equity than cost to get it running real well.
change nothing
