Have you ever crashed a bike before? Just asking. An aluminum fairing with sharp corners could remove some much needed body parts. For you and whoever you crash into, or crashes into you.
I'm not joking. I've seen people low-side into a corner, taking out the guy next to them, who then topples over their bike.
I personally low sided a corner (not my fault, hit oil from a previous wreck) and my handlebars grabbed my ankle and dragged me a few feet. Also jabbed myself in the gut with a grip once.
Also hit soft sand going off the track and went over the bars. But slowly, not a full on flip.
A fairing like that could turn a mellow crash into something serious. And, with the low-ish speeds and no long straights, wouldn't do much for aerodynamics anyway, and just adds weight.
