This is my cafe racer conversion. It's still in progress, but getting close to completion. Give your opinion or tell me what else it needs. Since the photo, I wrapped the exhaust in black fiberglass exhaust tape and painted the seat/tank connecting piece black.

Top speeds around 41mph and crazy good torque. I'm also using the Airsal 70cc cylinder and a custom exhaust baffle that increases torque

I've probably heard more e50's with Proma circuits than you'll see mopeds in your life, but i've never seen one with such a ridiculous baffle. (edited)

It's built to optimize the harmonic variation and make use of the expansion chamber. FMF baffle packing, variable obstruction valve, high temp pvp/cork construction. I'd race any e50 to 30mph and not sweat it

Uhm is it some kind of post-stinger slippy pipe? I dont follow how the pressure is returning through the stinger efficiently, or at all.

How about you post a video how fast ya don’t sweat !

practically stock magnums with stock cylinder, carb and stock pipe would give you a run, the bikes actually are faster then crap cell phone videos show cause it’s hard to drive one handed

Low 40s mph outa stock unported cylinder and parts

If you don’t get near 50mph with great take off with 70cc and big phbg something is wrong,

That pipe abomination and carb/filter just ruins the look and is a waste for you’re way behind in power and speed

Same 70cc setup with a 14mm bing I get 48 mph with takeoff off as good if not better,

Glad to see you got/are running a fork brace and I like rear shocks but yeah it looks like you’re a danger with cables and fuel line hanging all over the place

good job on the motor and making a old ped new again. he's not done with the bike yet so let's not be too harsh.

that said I can even live with the baffle if it quites the exhaust but drop the tank back down to where it goes. the body lines are distorted and that piece between the tank and seat cheapens the whole bike.

Just for comps, I had an e50, derestricted stock pipe, with a racing stuffed crank, SKF bearings and new stock airbox and it held an honest 40 on the flats.
