1970s motobecane the guy doesnt have the key for it so I cant start. Has some rust isnt mint but doesnt look horrible. Think it's worth 150?

Key is for steering lock not ignition. Probably worth it to someone other than me.

Look inside the gas tank.

I'm sure there are many other reasons it won't start but the key is not one of them! I would offer $100
