Had to extend the brake stop on the Sebring forks to work with the yamy wheel.
Quit being so cool, nerd
would love to see how she's looking today! I'm planning a similar build myself ya know :p
Got a stock Sebring bottom triple from my buddy Pat. The one I had had been chopped and threads pushed to fit a concord/issimo frame so it was too short for the joy. Now I need to push the threads on the stock one then chop a tiny bit off but I don't have a die yet. I think I need a 25mm x 1 pitch. If I'm wrong and you know the right size let me know. Same forks as a Sebring or Raven morinis I'm pretty sure.
Made a seat hinge out of an old door hinge. Probably gonna held some bolts to the seat pan to bolt to the hinge otherwise if I welded the hinge to the seat I wouldn't be able to pull the hinge pin or take the plate off the seat. Might slot the seat bolt holes for small adjustments. This hinge will allow me to put the stock seat back on if I ever want to restore it and reweld the seat platform.
That door hinge! You genious!
clever
I just really like that your hwy pegs are going to have a foot brake in it!
Got lucky the rear set had the hole to rig a foot brake cause the handlebar controls I'm using don't have a clutch lever so the left control will engage the clutch.
