Hey guys!! Patrick here, I recently aquired a 1992 Tomos A35 and I was wondering what the gas to 2 cycle oil ratio was for a 1.5 gas tank. This is the first moped I've ever had and I wanted to make sure that I have the correct ratio right.

just pre-mix separately and pour in. delete your auto oil injection stuff.
I use a 40:1 mix which equates to about 3.5 ounces per gallon of gas.
I've been running 50:1 but I may switch to 40:1 cause I'm paranoid.

You'd be wise to follow Larry's advice.
I do 32:1 in everything, never fouled a plug or had an oil related failure. ( bikes are all stockers)
What gets me is that in the 70's with their lesser quality oil, it was still recommend a 50:1... So with modern oils it should be way better... Dunno.

^This! And never less than what Larry said, which is between 35 to 40:1.
I use Klotz Techni Plate at 40:1.
For break in gas I run 32:1 outboard dino oil
