Here's some garelli crankshaft measurements. Piston and connecting rod are different for Monza GT. Don't buy a noi or vip piston for the Monza GT cylinder!
Also of note, the taper on the ignition side of a Team crank is different then the NOI. Other then that, they are identical.

The Team crank has Tomos/Puch taper.
ok,
so the monza
- shares a rod with the tiger
- shares a piston with the tiger (w/ monza piston having an exhaust port)
- shares a crank with the VIP
- but has a Tomos taper
is that correct?
sure sounds like they raided the parts bins for these weird engines

I dont speak eye-talian but could be 20x42x7
this is from a 73:
it did take a minute to find how to chip in via paypal, had to squint. myronsmoped@gmail.com
Figured id put in $ .10 for appox. everytime i've gone to his page for info or inspiration so $20 foor now. it does feel good too share.
I recently drew up some similar measurements for the 505 vs 504 sachs cranks.
The thing I might add to these, specifically with regard to walt's point, is the large end and small end diameters and length of the taper sections. Like goes from 17 down to 15mm over 20mm. Pretty much the info that's above for the clutch side but also for the ignition side. Then you know the taper difference and compatibilities too!
I love myrons and am definitely gonna toss em a donation. Second to the wiki it's probably the most important collection of moped data, and really they work together, links to myrons from the wiki etc, it's a great collection we've built up and impressive that we're now getting to this level of detail and really filling in these points that maybe a few gurus know, but making it accessible and quantified and available to anyone
