Hobbit front pulley inner bearing race

Long time motorcycle rider and enthusiast, a few friends gave me a hobbit in a box with all the go fast parts. There’s one thing stopping me from riding it currently.

In the box everything surprisingly was there but this inner race on the front pulley. The parts fiche doesn’t show it, does anyone have more info? Better yet one laying around that they’re willing to part with?

I had to make one, went to ace and got the right OD bushing but had to file and cut it. I think the measurements are on here somewhere, try searching along the lines of "Hobbit front pulley bushing"

Re: Hobbit front pulley inner bearing race

I only have a source for the bushing if you replace the needle bearing, because the crank measurement is a .5mm size. I had to hunt around for one to fit the only bearing I could get. If you decide to replace the bearing let me know and I con provide info, or send a bushing as I had to order a minimum of 3 in bronze.

Re: Hobbit front pulley inner bearing race

there is a motorcycle wrist pin you can cut to length that will work, but i think i had to swap the needle bearing for that too. i tried to find the parts i used in my ebay purchase history, but i guess i did it before 2017, sorry. I know Jbot had a thread about it here somewhere if you search.

Re: Hobbit front pulley inner bearing race

I used that thread to find the bearing, but there was no direction to a suitable bushing.

Re: Hobbit front pulley inner bearing race

found it:

Motorcycle wrist pin 16x10.

Perfect!

Crf250 used that size.

Re: Hobbit front pulley inner bearing race

Original bearing is 15.5, prepare for disappointment. (edited)
