Ok I need a pipe that doesn’t wake up my neighbors. There is a kit and a Dellorto 20 carb on it . The tecno exhaust is crazy loud. What should I get.
Modify the pipe into a side bleed
Hi Harry its good to see you posting again. That pipe is actually one of the quieter ones available. Have you tried repacking the silencer with better material
Baffle might be packed too tightly. You could also try making a big airbox for the carb, lotta noise coming out through there.
kit + big carb + no airbox = big noise
make one of those Jbot shampoo bottle setups

Yeah those pipes are very quiet (especially since they exit on the ground) I run five of them, it probably needs repacked, you got a leak somewhere and or your intake is also loud,
good to see you posting again too you got some really cool bikes
Not sure what your baffle tube looks like , but , if it has the tiny holes it can be made a bit quieter by drilling a good share of the holes to about 1/4" and then fairly loosely apply the packing .
Then if you want it even less noisy , you can bend the backside of the holes inward a bit . So they all look like little scoops . Use a standard Phillips screw driver . Insert it in each hole and force the handle to the rear of the tube .
The tube should end up looking similar to , only round holes instead :
Its been a while . I do miss the posts .what do I repack the pipe with . Just went thru my storage units and I have tons of parts I dont need anymore, I have alot of stuff .

You could use steel wool to pack the baffle , but , brass wool is reusable . ;)
bicycle inner tube ( 700c )
take scissors cut 6'', stretch on to stinger end, make a copper staple pinch end in middle of end of tube, so
the noise ''get's the snap muffled out of it''
it's an i.s.d.t. trick to meet 86 dbl meter.
it will last a season.
inner tubes are free @ bike shops...the old customer
throwaways by mechanics.
Chris probably nailed it, make a more acoustically dampening airbox

Hhey that's a really quite pipe. Probably quieter then my stock mod exhaust
Check for exhaust leaks. Like others said that’s a p quiet pipe.
I repacked it and it’s a lot quieter. Just ordered a new airbox for the whistle sound
You back in Cali or you in Florida?
What did you end up using to repack it with? Getting ready to do mine also, getting pretty loud.
brass wool works
