Show me what you got!

Was searching the forum for some type of answer but wasn't getting anywhere. was wondering what state or coast has the most mopeds "per square rider" lol I was looking up some moped shops but either they went belly up with bankruptcy or just lost the passion they had or not enough business as they had projected?

Here in Alabama the moped scene is not what I would like it to be but I find a few gems here and there. But who brought over the most mopeds?

I don't understand the question.

Are you looking for statistical analysis of the riders per square mile?

The most shops per area?

Where/when the majority of American market mopeds were brought in?

Where the majority of current moped imports are coming in?

Re: Show me what you got!

he wants you to perform a musical number or he's gonna nuke your planet, duh.

Re: Show me what you got!

I have the most riders here, where I am now.

No one can have more, ever, or else.

Re: Show me what you got!

But if you move will where you are then have the most riders, ever, or else?

Re: Show me what you got!

Is this the new "sleeping on the couch because of mopeds" thread?

If you're talking riders, you will find the majority along the edges of the country: Both oceanic coasts and the gulf, and than the middle of our northern border

Re: Show me what you got!

Thnks that's what I was trying To figure out. I honestly thought NY and CALI would have the highest number for driving and commute congestion reasons and I would love to live where alot if riders are it me and 2 other ppl which sux

Re: Show me what you got!

Re: Show me what you got!

I recall reading something Simon wrote a few months ago about older versions of this website. It used to have a statistics page.

I don't know if we could get an accurate query of data from "back in the day", but it would be nice to see something here regarding member riders per state or members mopeds per state. This would be under the assumption that our sign up information is reported accurately.

Re: Show me what you got!

You could make an educated guess from my handle "DutchPuch"

NYC has mopeds, but not equivalent to the number of people

While it makes sense with traffic, it requires space, tools, and skills that most people in NYC don't have.

around my spot there is a huge influx of

pedmo with bikeberry 66cc kits...

it's a virus...

i see'um twistin' the wick & gettin' 25-30 mph

trough traffic or side walks...

i guess the definition of moped ie; 50cc scooters, mopeds that peddle start, hondas that wind- up. bikes w/a kit...& then every one has to sleep on the couch... lol

Re: Show me what you got!

East coast, west coast and mid west got a lot of bikes.

Plain states got less, HI got puchs. Seems like Tx has and surrounding didn't get many or maybe the state is just to big?

This answer is going off the logic that bikes tend to remain in the area of were they are sold...but many have moved,

Ohio has been mined for bikes for a long time, as well as NJ and Ny.

I think 20% of California bikes are ohio natives. Ha
