Need Source for Hi-torque Puch piston and rings.....

Moped Lar (OFMC) /

A buddy of mine with a 2-speed Newport needs a Hi-torque #22 piston and rings. Anyone know of a source for these? New or a good used #22 piston would be fine.

Larry, iirc, that's the same number as mine. A two ring piston with a top dykes ring? If so, Shaun at Myrons was a huge help to me. I didn't need a piston tho, just rings.

I'm looking for a #22 piston & rings combo myself. I'm sure there's demand out there.

Seth, yup, that's the one he needs. His original #22 piston has the rings seized on it. I'll have him contact Myron's Mopeds. Thanks!

Have you tried torching the rings? Usually works for me
