Rebranding my Gadabout

Gadabout-new-Branding.jpg

All my labels have worn off of my Gadabout Holiday Rambler. So I am going to give it a new identity with some personality. Working on some ideas for new labels. Not sure if I'm going to stick with this direction but here's a half hour or so working on it. Feedback welcome!!

Looks like a steakhouse sign

Re: Rebranding my Gadabout

yeah, that chunky typeface you used for gadabout doesn't do it for me. I also don't think it needs a container around the type.

Re: Rebranding my Gadabout

Yeah, i'm thinking about finding a typeface more aggressive looking. I have had this font downloaded for a while and always wanted to use it but in this application I think I can find something better. I wanted something fun but also holds weight. Lol steakhouse.... I could see it.

Re: Rebranding my Gadabout

That Fred Flintstone font seems a bit too retro for the style of the bike and even more so for Holiday Rambler .

Of what you have posted^ , I'd go with the clean 'simple' configuration of the lower left column .

Getting away from the chunky stencil text. Something more straightforward looks better for sure.

Re: Rebranding my Gadabout

Just something to compare and maybe consider . Below is what was on my Simplex from the factory . I haven't found that particular font in current day offerings .

Re: Rebranding my Gadabout

Too bad you can't write Gadabout in cursive...………...that name looks great in cursive. Even Holiday Rambler would look good in cursive.

Re: Rebranding my Gadabout

This is someone else's photo but this is what my moped looks like. I have the same MLM pipe too. The decals always wore off apparently.
