Hi all,
I have a MBK motobecane mobylette that I want to ship from Germany to Australia, This may seem like a stupid question but my technical experience is poor.... well, by the Australian regulations if the vehicle (how they see it) has a power output of less than 200 watts then I don't need an importing permitt.
I know that 200 watts is not much and if any one can help me in finding out how much power by moped puts out it would be a great help.
(the motor is 49.9ccm and max speed of 25km/hr)
