I have a boss on my Maxi and haven't had any issues

Probably Fred /

Dremel header bolt holes a little bit bigger, the rear Mount a bit bigger, make a rear mount spacer bend header a bit, All kinds of things you could do to get a bit more clearance, there’s nothing that just bolts right on in the moped aftermarket world, what do you expect?

Happened to me too, you aren't alone. Must be a bad batch floating around. (edited)

I'm glad auto parts are not made like moped parts "well we got it close, what do you expect?"

I paid good money for your dumb part which you said it would fit, the least you can do it guarantee it fits. Total BS.

Re: Tecno boss rubs chain

If you buy unlicensed reproduction parts for 40 year old cars chances are things will also not fit.

Right, been there and I was referring mostly to working on newer then 40 year old vehicles. Daily drivers, production vehicles, computer controlled modern day, the shit I work on daily...

You still have better odds of 40-60 year old auto parts fitting better than cheap moped stuff because those parts probably also cost a lot more. It's not an apples to apples comparison. (edited)

If you don't like how readily available parts for obsolete toy vehicles are, you should just stick to basket weaving or shoe-polishing.

LMAO!! Why don't you tell the OP that same thing.

Maybe you should just let people comment and state their opinions about what we all agree on by posting in this thread and let people vent that have every right to.

Relax...

Thats what i had to do on my boss when i slapped it on an e50 on my magnum.

A lot easier than what i had to do to get the simo on my ajh kit. Had to take material off all the way around the flange and slot the holes out.
