throttle wont go below full/carb wont close

hey everyone. i cant figure this one out (it also happened randomly). every time i start up or ride my puch maxi the carb is always all the way open and wont go any less tan full speed. i tried messing with the carb screws but nothing worked. please help!

Maybe you need a throttle cable...or you could take off you carb and see if anything is causing your throttle to stick..

This is one of those things you have to figure out yourself, because you can look at it.

When you twist the throttle, a slide in the carburetor is raised against a spring. When you close it, the spring pushes the slide back down,

So...you have a sticky cable or a sticky throttle slide.

You can check this by pulling on the cable at each end to see what is not moving.
