Peugeot TSA 1977 crank

scott cameron /

I was going to buy a full polini engine and cases for my TSA, but i can't bear to mess up a nearly stock ped. So instead i'm going to try and rebuild it. I have rebuilt a peugeot 103 mvl before so i thought everything would be similar.

It was to some extent, however the crank has no woodruff key, it doesn't even have a spot for one in crank, nor does the magneto cover have a slot in it. It has been impossible to set the timing and i fear the crank is a bit bent (POP: previous owner problems), however I cannot find any info to suggest the TSA had a friction fit ignition nor can i find a replacement that doesn't have a woodruff key.

If anyone has any info it would be very much appreciated.
