Seriously, are you just arguing to argue or are you oblivious to the fact that the expansion chamber has absolutely nothing to do with ignition? NOTHING. Zip, zero, zilch. The exhaust port IS CLOSED AT IGNITION. Not only that but the expansion chamber has nothing to do with the burned charge, it's sole purpose is to push the fresh unburned charge back into the cylinder!
Seriously think about it. At ignition all you have is the spark and the fuel charge in a little teeny tiny space between the piston and head. That's it.
