How do I determine rpms without tachometer. Seriously guys. Don't really need the I'm a dumbass because I'm new at this.

Tire diameter(in inches) is the very outside diameter of the tire, not the rim. A 2.25x17 is typically around 21"ish. (edited)

your clutch is tuned for take off youre engine is revving higher than with stock clutch at the same speed
