I'm really not sure why people say it's not good.
Like you're gonna run an outboard the same way you run a moped. Pretty much wot or at a steady throttle for long periods.
People argue that it's because mopeds aren't water cooled so they run hotter and that's bad for the additives or some shit. I dunno.
It has additives in it but those additives are to reduce carbon and emissions or some shit for the environment. I swear less carbon is good. like if less is leaving the exhaust, doesn't that mean less is being left in the engine too?
At any rate, I've run Pennzoil Marine outboard oil at 50:1 before for a few tanks; On my faster bike even. It worked 100% fine. I didn't run it for very long since it was mostly just to hold me over until my fancy oil came in.
Smells fuckin good though. Reminds me of being out on the boat.
