Re: Another custom cheetahchrome Bravo build

How come your back rack is all in the air like a peacock?

Mine are flat and boring like pigeons

Yeah Rich thanks for noticing. Thats one of the reasons It's a custom. I cut

two and a half inches out of the frame right at the bend to change the radius and shorten the overall length of the frame in its relation over the rear fender.

That gives the bikes rear side profile a gentle curve to match the front ends curve.

It also gives the back of the frame that Nike Swoosh thing to help clear the tail light and fender.

I think I think too much.

Not orange enough for me. If it was a lighter, and I touched it, id have to smash it for being to close to yellow. Cuz yellow lighters are bad luck.

Re: Another custom cheetahchrome Bravo build

chrome wheels would be greater. wheres the pull start?

Re: Another custom cheetahchrome Bravo build

Haven't seen a nice set of chrome wheels in a long time Boot. Pull start? I built this to sell and I think full side covers and the pedal start will hook more.

Re: Another custom cheetahchrome Bravo build

Very pretty.

Re: Another custom cheetahchrome Bravo build

^^ I thought you were the pull start master. I could be mistaken.

Your attention to detail I take my hat off to. I tried to paint / powder spokes once and it just didn't cut the mustard imo. New spokes and rims cost a ton tho and trade offs are justified.

I'm a little feisty this morning sorry if it shows in my first post.

Again you do really nice work. (edited)

I just noticed, those are Si side covers on your Bravo!

Re: Another custom cheetahchrome Bravo build

Those are the OEM style that are common on the Euro Bravo. The U.S. Bravo covers are slightly different. Just like the Euro Grande covers have that cool little secret compartment for hiding bags of hairon.

Awesome "show ped"!! I love seeing show quality builds out there that pay attention to details!

I see (Si), I like those covers on the Bravo. I like using Euro parts on bike here obtained through Angelo and have done so on my Si.

The tool kit on the Si is found in that secret compartment.

Re: Another custom cheetahchrome Bravo build

why does the rear of the bike go up and not straight out? did you bend? or cut and reweld?
