America is the world's great melting pot, my friend. Sometimes it is contaminated by cheap French mopeds. I'm just kidding, I've got a 103 and love it.

I just got back from visiting my sister in France. Her husband found a moped at the local dump called a "Mercier Cyclomoteur". It's missing it's engine but is otherwise intact. I wonder if anyone out there knows anything about them or if there are any parts to be found for them?
