hey guys...
I can't find any brake/throttle cables for my '75 mbk. The throttle cable is allright but the casing is to short. How can I tighten it up. Also, I was told I could use a heavy duty bike cable for my brakes. Is that true? seems like not many people know about mbks. Hmmmm. Their loss.

My Ciao was missing a front brake cable. I went to my local bike shop and asked for the heaviest cable they had. The guy had a big roll of cable and I was able to buy any length I needed. I've never had any problems or concerns with it. Make sure you get the little metal caps to fit on the ends. bruce
