Is my hobbit overheating?

So I have a a 1980 honda hobbit with a proma exhaust and dr kit with an 88 jet. (yes I know typical) and everytime i seem to ride more than 10-15 miles it will either lose all power and die slowly or just cut out and will not start for a while after. But after I wait say 1 hour it'll start right up, but it will run rough at full throttle for a little while. The rough running goes away quickly tho. Is this a sign of over heating? and if it is how to I run it cooler.

use the wiki or moped repair section search.

its part of your ignition and can be quite the task. so do plenty of reading. It is part of the electrical system and needs to rewired with a new one .

Re: Is my hobbit overheating?

In the Hobbit it is part of the coil so the job is easier than others.
