how hard is it 2 put in the shoes???

in the time that i've had my mopeds, i've done a great deal of work 2 it...but now my brakes suck, so i ordered new shoes and cables..... iv changed cables, there easy, but is it hard 2 change the shoes??? ive never had 2 do it yet.
