Viet,

Get the next size larger allen wrench. Cut off a straight length of wrench. Grind one end slightly tapered so that it begins to go into the hole in the stripped bolt. Use vise grips to hold it and tap it into the bolt head with a hammer. As you are tapping, turn the wrench with the vise grips.

You should be able to get replacement screws at any good hardware store.

Replace the gasket and do not overtighten the screws or you will cause leaks.

Sorry,

I was confusing your question with a previous thread.

So we dont waste more time here, describe the screw. Is it flat or round head? Does the head protrude enough to grab it with something or cut a slot in it? If you remove the head, can you remove whatever it holds on, then see enough screw to grab hold of?

If you can find someone with a hand impact driver who knows how to use it, do that.

You can either use a screw extractor, available at sears or home depot (tell the salesman your problem, and he/she should point you in the right direction), or you can use a dremel tool to cut a slot in the screw so you can use a flathead screwdriver. Hit the screw with some WD-40 or penatrating oil before you use the dremel, and the vibrations from the dremel will loosen all of the crud and let the oil penatrate.

Wear safety glasses if you use the dremel. It'll throw bits of metal and abrasive all over, and it's no fun to get that in your eye.

The screw has a round head, and is a philip head (+) looks like that. I think that the threads are stuck, and thats how the screw got stripped.

Another way to get it out is to take the next larger sized screwdriver, like a #2 and pound it into the wallowed out hole, with a hammer. This will imbed the larger bit into the screw-head and loosen it.

The better option is to use an impact screwdriver, available at most sears places for around $25. It comes with hardened bits. You pound the bit into the screw, then twist the screwdriver it in the direction to loosen it, hit it REALLY HARD once with the hammer. Usually this will do the trick. WD-40 or other penetrants always help.

Yep... Thats what I did...

I've also used the slot cutting technique, which gave good results.

Use the penetrating oil as mentioned.
