Tomos and Motobecane gas oil mixture

1st off the Tomos is a 1989 golden bullet..It has oil injection so i dont have to mix it.This failed on me putting to much 2cycle in the carb makeing it very smokey.So now i have to mix it my self does anybody know the mixture?

2nd My Motobecane.. on the gas tank says the mixture is .6 to 3 ounces.This im sure you will think is a dum question but what does the .6 mean? Oh and by the way its a 50v 1976
