Well after 2 hours of straight workin, I got the puch in running order. Starter Fluid started it up on the 2nd try. I ran it around the block but forgot to tighten the nut for the baffle, so that fell out and i had to find the bolt. I'm hearing a vibration comming from around the motor. I'm sorta thinkin that the new piston ring i ordered is too big, or i didn't tighten up a bolt enough.

how much starting fluid did you put in that carb? if it was a lot, you could have dissolved the oil that was on your crankshaft bearings, that might be why its vibrating so bad, slight lack of lubrication.
