i am thinking about buying just the 60cc cylinder and piston and installing it on my 96 top tank tomos do i need a 2 piece bi turbo pipe? do i need to get a amal carb? could i just rejet and buy one at a later time?

what is the cheapest place to buy the full 60cc kit?
