They're reliable, several people in Cincinnati have ordered from them. I just did, like this--
I placed the order, on the website, and it told me my "order number" and told me that I'd have to fax my credit card info to them, with the order number, before they'd send my stuff.
So I printed out the fax sheet they showed me when I had ordered, and faxed in my info. Then I got an email saying my exhaust was on the way.
