Are you talking about yhe BMW enclosed scooter ? This is a 125cc scooter called the C1.Sorry I don't know the web site # but check the BMW sites. This is only a 2 wheeler. bruce

I don't know if this is the one you're talking about but there is one called the scootcar made by funtech. I think the address is www.funtechscootcar.com.
